CPE1: Central Park East 1 Elementary School

Skating is hard work. Proper Dress is important for warmth and flexibility

Here is what your child will need.

• Fleece mittens (buy a few paris, they do get lost)
• Hat
• Scarf or turtle neck
• 2 pairs of thin socks (for warmth, but also toes need to be able to wiggle)
• Snow Pants (some class has extras in the classroom)
• Backpack large enough to carry a pair of skates
• Jacket (No long jackets, they should not go past the knees) children need to be able to move their legs with ease
• And... Label all clothing items with your child first name.
